TrackMyGCSEs

Terms of use

The short version: it’s free, check dates with your school, use it fairly, and your data stays yours.

What TrackMyGCSEs is

A free tool for GCSE and International GCSE students to keep track of school tests and decide what to revise. It’s made by a GCSE student for GCSE students, and isn’t run by or linked to any exam board or school. Using it means you agree to these terms.

Always check with your school

Exam dates come from each board’s official timetable and topics from each board’s specification. We check them carefully, but mistakes happen and boards sometimes change things. Your school’s timetable and your teachers always come first. We can’t be responsible for a missed exam or for your results.

The revision list is worked out only from what you enter. It’s a guide, not advice from a teacher, and it can’t promise any grade.

Your account

You need to be 13 or over to create an account. One account is for one person. Keep your password to yourself; if you think someone else knows it, change it.

Using it fairly

Use TrackMyGCSEs for your own revision. Please don’t try to break it, overload it, get into other people’s accounts, copy it in bulk or use it to send spam or upset anyone. Don’t put other people’s personal details in your notes or messages.

Your data

What you enter is yours. We only use it to run the app for you, as the privacy notice explains. You can download or delete it at any time.

Other websites

Links to search results, exam boards and past papers take you to other websites. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for what’s on them.

Free, as it is

TrackMyGCSEs is free and provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and running, but we can’t promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or stop it; if we stop it, we’ll give you time to download your data first. Nothing here takes away rights you have by law.

Ending

You can delete your account at any time in Settings, which removes all its data. We may close an account that breaks these terms.

Changes and questions

If these terms change in a way that matters, we’ll say so in the app. Last updated 23 October 2026.

If you have a question, use the contact form on our About page and say how to reach you (a parent's or school email is best).
